Maximum vehicle height: 6'10" (6 feet, 10 inches)

Event Schedule
Vendor Setup: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
VIP Vehicle Early Entry: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
General Vehicle Roll-In: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Official Show Hours: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Spectator Admission FREE! Spectators must park outside the parking garage and walk into the event.

Vehicle Showcase Registration (Please Read)

To ensure proper spacing, safety, and the best possible show experience, all showcase vehicles must pre-register for placement on the top level.

VIP Vehicle Placement

To be considered for VIP placement:

Submit photos of your vehicle for approval.
If approved, you will receive an email with instructions to purchase your VIP ticket.
VIP vehicles must remain inside the venue for the entire event.
If you need to leave early, you must locate event staff to be safely escorted out.
Capacity & Standby Policy
Once VIP capacity has been reached, tickets will be marked Sold Out.
If tickets are sold out, you may still attend and purchase a day-of entry only if a space becomes available.
Registered vehicles that are not prepaid will automatically be moved to the Standby List.
Standby vehicles may enter only after all prepaid VIP vehicles have been placed.

Vehicle placement assignments are final and based on venue capacity, safety requirements, and event logistics.
