Please register your car before visiting us in person. Tap **Register a Car** on this page and submit your vehicle through CrateOnScene by **Saturday at 11:00 PM**.
After submitting your registration, you may visit our Stonebriar location anytime **Saturday through Tuesday** to show your submitted registration page and pick up your sponsorship decal.
Applications are reviewed individually, and official sponsorship approval will be completed through CrateOnScene after review. This event is for sponsorship registration and decal pickup, not a traditional car meet.
This is your final opportunity to become an Import Crate Sponsored Driver at our Stonebriar location.
After our Stonebriar location closes, sponsorship applications will continue, but the next opportunity to connect with us in person will be at future events. If you've been thinking about applying, now is the perfect time.
Whether your car is lightly modified, a weekend project, or a fully built show car, we encourage you to apply. Our sponsorship program includes multiple tiers, and every application is reviewed individually. We look beyond modifications—we value enthusiasm, community involvement, and positive representation just as much as the build itself.
As an Import Crate Sponsored Driver, you may receive:
- Official Import Crate & CrateOnScene sponsorship
- CrateOnScene Driver Passport recognition
- Access to participating business partner offers
- Opportunities to be featured by Import Crate and CrateOnScene
- Eligibility for future sponsorship opportunities and community programs
- Early access to select announcements and releases
- Membership in a growing community of over 40 sponsored drivers
- Approved applicants during this event can pick up their sponsorship decals in person at no cost. After our Stonebriar location closes, approved drivers who are unable to pick up decals at an event will receive them by ordering their sponsorship decal package online.

There is no minimum modification requirement, and no single build style is preferred. Whether you're just getting started or have years invested in your project, we'd love to see your application.
